About me

Hi, I'm Sumit.

I'm an HR Tech & Automation Specialist based in Mumbai, with 10+ years of experience across software engineering, talent analytics, and people analytics automation.

My background is unusual — I started as an Application Development Analyst at Accenture, moved into Talent Analytics at Priceline (Booking Holdings), and now lead People Analytics & HR Automation at a leading global investment firm. That engineering foundation is why I can build things most HR analysts can't.

I've automated 100+ annual manual hours, reverse-engineered Workday APIs, built multi-source Power BI dashboards integrating 18+ vendor datasets, and deployed production Python pipelines — all in an HR context.
